` writin' for you `

` writin' for you `

You got me writin' poetry just
for you, even tho' the story is not new, you got me writin' the only poem I ever knew...

You got me writin' them words, ever since that day my eyes saw you, got me thinkin' about writin' that poetry just for you...

Even tho' your intentions are gone, I'm still thinkin'
I need to carry on...

Cause, you got me writin' them verses, even tho' I'm so sad, you got me yearning for that passion we once had....

You got me writin' that poetry just for you, even tho' I know it's untrue, those words I'm writin' just for you...

Now I'm just old, thinkin' about all those words, I used to write just for you....

The unfortunate thing about being love's doormat is, that eventually, you will expire and get replaced.

Erin Murphy's Art has always enthralled  me, so many inspiring impressions that always absorb and dominate my thoughts. This piece in particular, grabbed my attention. It reminds that the unfortunate thing about love is sometimes it does have an expiration date, sadly being replaced even after all the efforts to hold on.

I encourage you to visit @erin_murphy_art , Virtual Gallery. It's a must see and deserves a look and a follow. Her artistic talents will not disappoint.
