` silencing my words `
` silencing my words `
Time is running out
Nonetheless
Haven't written all my words
Haven't written that discernible poem
Haven't been that poet extraordinare
I confess
that I seem
to have misplaced my writer's proclivity
Searching into the selectivity
Peering into my soul
Seemingly silencing my words forever
Nonetheless
My time is running out
Haven't written all my words
Haven't been that poet extraordinaire

~ Writer's Thoughts ~
Sometimes writers enjoy solitude,
and can be robbed of utterances which have delighted them. The most profound feeling always shows itself in silence.
I've begun to realize that you can listen to silence and learn from it. It has a quality and importance all its own.

"When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence."
- Ansel Adams
