A Owl of the night, with murky utopian temperament larger than life, eyes that will never lie, seemingly struggling of embrace  the loneliness within.

The moon serving as her guide through the night with an illumination dwelling in the darkness, smiling at the night's black spell, deceivingly weathered with cynicism ~ she is a Night Owl.

~ Writer's Thoughts ~

I have been following this artist for a while, gently absorbing with raw emotions each painting. There is one thing in common with each piece, the amazing eyes.

The eyes look directly into your soul, revealing everthing that we wish to conceal. Eyes that will never lie, seemingly struggling of embrace  the loneliness within.

Knowing I needed to release my words, I ask the artist  Skandi Dawani for permission to write about his art. He graciously agreed.

An impressive talent that deserves a look, with the support of a follow. @iskander.dawani is a "Must See and Follow."

` fractured `

I am but a fractured spirit, a warrior amidst the ruins of a life once vivid and whole. Lately, my  ponderance reveals a world that I once knew has now drifted into a distant isolation. The year of anew has summoned a different awakened fatigue, a drain with an unseen weight that now erodes the bonds with all that once mattered. Within this shadowed isolation, I find my sanity quietly devouring, with fragments scattered by illusions of my own making. In those unguarded moments of insecurity, the apparition of my own end ascends with a cruel uncertainty, disturbing the way I yearn to be. I crave nothing more than to resurrect the man I once knew, a warrior of unyielding strength,  passion and resilience. Somewhere, in the endless tides of time, that self worth was been faulted, leaving behind a weakened soul and a tired old man.
