` Fears of Yesteryear `

` Fears of Yesteryear `

Our Fears of Yesteryear, a path to the dark side of our souls unsolicited, unspoken, and profoundly unremitting

Fears from our past, encouraging  agonizing suffering, with promises of desperation, engulfing our hopes, devouring our dreams, consuming expectations along the way

Fears from our heart's past breed the face of utter hopelessness, a spiritual sickness tormenting the soul without killing it,  only quelling prosperity

Our Fears of Yesteryear, ever so swift to suffocate our roots in the fertile soil of happiness

Fearing, the fears of our past,
providing a dark corridor into our suffering souls

~ Writer's Inspiration ~

A first glance, the prompt "Fearing, the Fears of Our Past"  seemed a bit compelling, not sure how I would find my inspiration. I was reminded of a quote once read by Yoda ~ that
"Fear is the path to the Dark Side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering."

Blending that message with
Pablo Picasso "Crouching woman" just seemed like a natural fit. I hooe you agree.
