Falling leaves and the colors of the season have fascinated writers and poets for centuries. I am no exception.

Watching the beauty of a sunflower fade at the end of summer triggers a depressing seasonal shift for some. A time when summer begins to recede adjoining warm summer days into Fall's cool air. It's a time when nature grows weary, revealing a weariness of natures wilting "flower of the sun'.
