Some say I'm an over-thinker...

I say, I'm a critical thinker

Some say, no need to ponder so deeply.....I say thoughts of reflection are indispensable

Some say, I'm just wasting time.....I say, it's time well spent

Some say, why to be so interested in sentiments....I say, being inquisitive is being conscious

Some say, don't be so apprehensive....I say yes if being discomforted is overthinking 

I say, yes, then I'm an Over Thinker.....
